Step 2: Once you have completed the registration form a unique link will be sent via email. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes please check your spam and junk mail folders and drag the email into your folder.
Step 3: Once you have your unique link you can complete the survey with the option to share the link with multiple members of your organisation or to complete collaboratively.
Step 4: Once all relevant members of your organisation have contributed to the survey and you are happy with your responses click submit on the final page of the survey.
Step 5: An automated report of your results will be sent to you via email.
