SAGE Acquires Just Engineering

Published: August 20, 2015 - Updated: July 4, 2016

EMERGING markets used to be a beacon of hope in the world economy, but now they are more often a source of gloom. China’s economy is slowing. Brazil is mired in stagflation. Russia is in recession, battered by Western sanctions and the slump in the oil price. South Africa is plagued by inefficiency and corruption. Amid the disappointment one big emerging market stands out: India*.

Siezing the opportunity to expand upon opportunities in India and the Middle East, SAGE Automation has acquired Pune engineering company Just Engineering and formed the new company SAGE Automation India PVT.

Owner of Just Engineering and newly appointed Managing Director of SAGE Automation India, Rajesh Jagadale said "This is a fantastic opportunity for his team to continue to build on the great relationship which has been formed through working with SAGE over the past three years.'

The engineering team in PUNE has over 25 years of collective experience in electrical design, PLC, SCADA and DCS experience.

SAGE Automation CEO Adrian Fahey, is in India and has said "I am thrilled to be in Pune to formalise our SAGE Automation India office, the team here have already proven to be a great asset to our business and we are delighted to welcome them to our team."
